To make a fresh user account, follow the steps provided below:

  1. Invoke the Settings application and click on the section of Accounts.

  2. Then choose the ‘Family & other people’ option from the left panel.

  3. You should reach the ‘Add someone else to this PC’ option and click on it.

  4. After that, select the ‘I don’t have this person’s sign-in information > Add a user without a Microsoft account’ option.

  5. Now, input the preferred username for the fresh account and hit the Next button.
