OnePlus Buds To Get Launched With OnePlus Nord

By releasing the OnePlus Nord, the company is entering the mid-range smartphone market. This is the second time that the company will be approaching a new strategy since it first made an appearance in the market. With the OnePlus Nord, the price has experienced a significant cut in comparison to the OnePlus 8 Pro. So what made the company want to indulge in the mid-range market? OnePlus strongly believes that they can give the mid-range smartphone’s cameras a tough competition. Carl Pei, the co-founder of OnePlus, stated on Twitter recently that the new Nord handset will feature OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation). If that is true, then the Nord will indeed put up quite a tough fight with the other smartphones in its range.

There is no doubt that OnePlus is a major player in the European smartphone industries. In entering a new market segment within these two countries, OnePlus is set to hit a sweet spot with the price points.

One of the major contributors to OnePlus’s success has been the company’s active participation and interaction with its consumer base. They have been very quick to take feedback and continuously enhance their products. Almost every OnePlus user swears by the devices, and the company is not trying to expand that experience into another market segment for more users.

Drawing on their six years of experience in the industry, OnePlus is once again interacting with its consumers and learning more about their user experiences. They have now gained a good understanding of what the mid-range consumers want from their devices and what are the problem areas with the current mid-range smartphones.

The camera is, after all, the most heavily used feature of a smartphone, and the company is looking to make it their focal point. The OnePlus devices are known for their quick responsiveness and smooth operation. And there is no compromising in these aspects even as they launch the Nord at half the price of their regular devices.

What’s New in OnePlus Nord?

The OnePlus Nord will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor, which is known for its fast performance. The system will also support 4K HDR capture for the camera, boost gaming features, and enable super-fast charging. It brings the user a 5G device at an extremely affordable price. The device will sport a metal, curved glass exterior similar to the OnePlus 8 series in design. It is also rumored that the Nord will feature a dual selfie camera, which would be the first-ever dual selfie camera to be featured in an OnePlus smartphone. One of the above-mentioned selfie cameras will also have an ultra-wide-angle lens of 105 degrees. The highly anticipated rear camera will sport a quadruple lens system with a 2MP macro, 8MP ultra-wide, and 48MP wide cameras. The fourth lens might support a 5MP depth sensor. The launch date for the OnePlus Nord has been confirmed.

The phone is set to launch on the 21st of July. The launch can be viewed online and experienced through augmented reality on a smartphone. The app will be available on the Apple and Android stores.

Simultaneously, OnePlus will also be launching its new wireless earphones called OnePlus Buds.

OnePlus Buds

The company has announced that it will be launching its first set of wireless earphones alongside the OnePlus Nord on the 21st of July. The OnePlus buds will offer a high-quality audio experience without the hassle of wires. Since the company launched its first set of Bluetooth enabled audio devices back in the year 2017, it is looking to further enhance its user experience with this new launch. However, a lot hasn’t been revealed about the One Plus Buds, so we’ll just have to wait it out till the launch.
